Weekly Astrology Forecast — April 14, 2025 – April 20, 2025

Weekly Astrology Forecast

Here is the Psychic Scoop Weekly Astrology Forecast for the week of April 14, 2025 – April 20, 2025:

We start this week with Saturn conjuncting the North Node on Monday. This aspect is said to be fated in some way, especially since the moon’s Nodes and Saturn are both associated with fate, karma, and destiny. As Saturn represents hard work, discipline, restrictions, and obstacles, this transit can manifest as a series of roadblocks that seem impossible to overcome. It can also manifest as efforts that are met with resistance in the moment but which can pay off in the end.

Your best move with this transit is to face these challenges head-on and do the work required of you. It’s not a time for taking shortcuts or skipping steps, as the conjunction to the North Node is all about sewing karma and laying down the groundwork for your goals and ambitions as you proceed with the next chapter in your life.

On Tuesday, the asteroid Juno leaves Libra behind and moves into Scorpio. The Roman goddess Juno, for which this asteroid is named, was the queen of marriage, family, children, etc. The astrological Juno, as it moves in the Scorpio, is most notably tied to feminine strength and power. But as Scorpio is also associated with the relinquishment of power, we may need to consider how to reconcile those two seemingly contradictory energies.

Juno in Scorpio reminds us that strength comes in many forms and that “power” isn’t the same as force or aggression. There is a gentle, loving, and highly idealistic side to Juno in Scorpio, which can be just as moving (and even more so) than any sort of overt show of strength.

Mercury moves into Aries on Wednesday, bringing the total number of planets in Aries to four. Mercury in Aries encourages you to be flexible and adaptable and to find a positive outlet for your restless or impatient impulses. You may be bursting with ideas and an urgency to communicate them to others, but watch out for a tendency to go off on wild tangents or to lose interest before you get any of them fully off the ground.

It’s a quick-thinking, somewhat impatient archetype that wants to get to the point and say what’s on its mind. It doesn’t want to beat around the bush and has little patience for those who do. It invites you to put yourself out there and express yourself boldly and succinctly.

Although Aries is the esoteric ruler for Mercury, it can be a bit problematic — especially in the earliest degrees. It can indicate impatience and aggressive speech, as well as a tendency to jump to conclusions. It’s better at talking than listening and is not so good at tact or diplomacy, so keep that in mind in your interactions with others.

Mercury next moves up to conjunct Neptune on Thursday, with both of them at zero degrees of Aries. This aspect is excellent for meditating, journaling, or any type of creative communication (songwriting, poetry, composing love letters, etc). It’s also a highly sensitive aspect that favors getting in touch with your intuition and paying attention to your dreams.

It’s highly imaginative and naturally creative, with a penchant for fantasy or escapism. This transit can represent a time of feeling closer to others, craving a deep and meaningful connection to people from all walks of life. It’s a time of increased compassion and sensitivity, of seeing how connected we all are to one another and how unimportant our differences really are.

On Friday, Mars leaves Cancer behind and moves into Leo. This is a much more comfortable placement for Mars as its natural orientation toward action, assertion and passion is more aligned with the Leo fire sign energy than the Cancer water sign energy, which is more passive and indirect.

Mars transits bring action and energy to the area of a natal chart where the transit occurs. It also affects planets in a natal chart that it forms aspects to, which are in turn influenced by the sign and house placements of those planets. Mars will remain in Leo for about six weeks and will form several significant aspects as it moves through the sign in the coming days.

Mars moves ahead to trine Neptune, while the Sun moves into Taurus on Saturday. At this point, there are four planets at zero degrees: the Sun, Mars, Neptune, and at least for a few hours, the Moon. The trine to Neptune is a very creative pairing that can see you exploring your artistic or musical sensibilities. You may also find that your intuition and psychic perceptions are off the charts. This aspect can see you tuned into the music of the spheres like never before.

Mars and Neptune in trine (a 120° aspect) seeks to remind you that you’re one with the Universe and everyone in it. This creative, compassionate, and benevolent transit can inspire you to put your own needs aside long enough to focus on the needs of others and can help you to become a better person.

As we end the week on Sunday, Venus conjuncts the North Node and sextiles Uranus, while Uranus sextiles the North Node and Mercury sextiles Pluto. The Venus / North Node conjunction, as well as the sextile to Uranus, are both recurrences of similar transits that took place in early April, when Venus was still retrograde.

The Venus / North Node conjunction can bring new people into your life who feel familiar and who can be instrumental to your evolutionary process. This aspect is karmic in nature, meaning that the people you meet during this time are here to propel you toward your destiny — and vice versa.

The other transits — all sextiles — are more about clearing away roadblocks and breaking up any crystallization that has been forming along the way. These transits are good at getting rid of any debris that’s been forming in your life as a means of clearing a path for you to achieve your goals.

That’s it for this week. See you next week!
