This is the third part in a 12-part series called “The Invisible Man.”
This series came about as a result of a client who was struggling with a breakup and seeking questions about the demise of her relationship.
To Recap: The client whom we will call “Annie” was stuck at the cross-roads for many years regarding this breakup, which she never saw coming…
Annie is a long time client who she asked me to go into detail about a man (whom we’ll call “James Bond”) that she was engaged to in the past.
Annie thought she knew James Bond inside and out, but when the relationship ended, unexpectedly, without closure, she realized she did not know him as good as she thought she did!
She had a hard time letting him go and said she should’ve been much further by now, but she also said that she is still twisted and stuck in a rut, still looking backwards!
She asked me to pull his natal birth chart and take a look at his personality to understand why he would just disappear, unexpectedly, and leave her without closure?
James Bonds’ Natal Birth Chart
The Third House (private and subjective). Leo/Virgo – the third house of James Bonds’ natal chart is ruled by the Leo zodiac sign, and Virgo is the sub-ruler: communication, writing, teaching, short travel, siblings, cousins, neighbors, his close environment related to the people he hangs out with, or the people he is associated with professionally that he communicates with, or the people that just show up in his life.
The zodiac sign of Leo rules the 3rd house, symbolized by the lion, the king of the jungle.
Leo likes to be in the spotlight, but also needs to be in control of his or her environment, so the environment does not control Leo. Leo is a natural born leader that likes to get things done and has a gift for inspiring others.
Chiron (the wounded healer) resides in the third house, in the zodiac sign of Leo (the king). Chiron makes James Bond the leader with a big heart that needs to help others! He may have walked the path of a teacher, coach, or healer because this aspect brings him on a lifelong mission to communicate and make others listen to him because Chiron is in his third house of communication. Chiron reflects where he would get wounded, a wound that might be hard to heal.
James Bond may learn that even if others listen to him, or do not listen to what he has to say, he may experience a disappointment that he’ll have a hard time leaving behind. This wounded healer experience is related to the people that are associated with the third house.
The Hierophant: The path of the Hierophant represents the sacred rules and vows of society and tradition. The Hierophant is the Spiritual Teacher or Shaman that will help you through the most challenging times of your life…
The Story About Chiron (the wounded healer).
In Mythic Tarot and Greek Mythology, you meet Chiron (the wounded healer). Chiron was born a centaur (half-horse and half-man). In legend, before Chiron was born, Saturn (the god of agriculture) fell in love with Philyra (a sea-nymph) and they had an affair.
Philyra and Saturn turned themselves into horses and became incognito to others because Saturn was married. Later, Philyra became pregnant and delivered a bastard child named Chiron. She was so ashamed of Chiron because he was born a centaur (half-horse and half-man) that she abandoned her child and Chiron grew up alone, in isolation.
Chiron holds a scroll in his hand that represents the education and wisdom he was going to achieve in his lifetime, and the white light represents the blessing of his education and how he was going to become a gifted healer and help others.
Instead of growing up to be a savage like most centaurs did, Chiron grew up to be smart and compassionate and became a talented archer, musician, healing physician, priest, and tutored foster children. Fortunately, Apollo (the sun god) and Artemis (the goddess of the moon) adopted and educated Chiron so that he could reach his highest potential.
Later, Chiron was made the king of the centaurs because of his great wisdom and he became a great healer that used plants and herbs to heal others. Unfortunately, Chiron was struck with a poison arrow and unable to heal himself, and lived with this wound, because he was part immortal.
Did you know that Chiron resides in your natal birth chart and represents the area in your life were you feel different, isolated, and unable to heal yourself because of something that you went through? Did you know that your difficult experience would become your gift that was going to benefit you, because your gift was going to help you heal others?
Did You Know That Chiron Orbits Between The Planets Saturn and Uranus?
Chiron orbits between the Planets Saturn (the teacher) and Uranus (the awakener). Chiron’s role is to help James Bond heal from a wound that he would experience in his lifetime.
The Planets Saturn Rx (retrograde) and Uranus Rx (retrograde) reside in the twelfth house (the secret vault, the area he stores hidden secrets that he does not want to talk about, or the hidden things that arise that he does not know about).
Saturn Rx will make James Bond internalize a situation and he might feel guilty or vulnerable when he lets someone down, or when he cannot live up to what he promised, or he might shut down and disappear!
Uranus Rx will make James Bond feel different, a rebel that does not want to go with the flow, or the time when he needs to escape, or the time when he might feel like the champion of equal rights and will not back down from a situation.
The Chiron journey brings out how he will value being a healer (compliments of Saturn Rx, the structured teacher). However, he will but heads with his communication style, or shock others (compliments of Uranus Rx, the awakener that brings unexpected changes).
Chiron Opposition South Node
This Aspect creates friction. Chiron (the wounded healer) Opposition South Node (the past).
James Bond gets roped into being a healer because he will need to resolve a problem!
The opposition brings challenge, friction or separation because there is a conflict with James Bonds’ past, or with others related to the past, or with a situation related to the past.
The opposition forces James Bond to resolve something and brings him into growth and development when the tug of war is resolved.
Chiron (the wounded healer) is in the zodiac sign of Leo (the leader that inspires others). Chiron resides in his third house: communication, writing, teaching, short travel, siblings, cousins, neighbors, his close environment that is related to the people he hangs out with, or the people he is associated with professionally that he communicates with, or the people that just show up in his life.
Chiron is in opposition with his South Node (the past), in the sign of Pisces (the fish that swims in two different directions related to an ending and a new beginning). His South Node resides in the 9th house: higher education, long distance travel, philosophy, religion, spirituality, and the uncharted areas that he has not explored.
James Bonds’ direction is to grow, but he might get roped into situations that require him to solve other people’s problems! This aspect makes James Bond the healer, but the problems of others might become his problems.
The third house also represents the people he will meet in his lifetime… He is not supposed to date, or make close friendships, or work with other people’s problems that that he will turn inwards and feel responsible to fix because he cannot fix other people’s problems… He can advise other people how to fix problems, but if he steps in and fixes the problem, these people will expect him to continue to fix their problems and never grow!
The opposition shows that James bond was going to have a hard time healing other people. When he falls back on his South Node (the experiences of repeating the past), he stops developing.
North Node (the future) and South Node (the past)
The Nodes of the Moon are karmic and represent life lessons when James Bond falls back on his South Node and does not develop his North Node… The North Node requires James Bond to step out of his comfort zone to live his life’s mission, but the South Node is hard to leave behind because it feels like a home base.
The Nodes of the Moon: The North Node represents the qualities that need to be developed and represent the experiences that James Bond has not undertaken. The South Node represents the qualities that are over developed and relates to James Bonds’ life experiences, and what he knows the best, but tends to fall back on.
James Bond has compassion for other, but he might take it too far and get used by other people. With this placement of his Nodes, he needs to set up boundaries and establish limits!
The Ascending North Node (the future) resides in the third house, in the zodiac sign of Virgo (the zodiac sign that needs to analyze a situation until perfection is found). However, Leo rules this house and James Bond will want to lead, inspire and motivate others!
The North Node represents the “Dragons Head” and will make James Bond form a relationship related to his dreams and desires to ascend into the future and grow.
However, the North Node (the future) is always in opposition with the South Node (the past) and will make James Bond work very hard to go after his dreams. The opposition causes James Bond to feel torn and swing from the past to the future and feel uncertain as a result.
The Descending South Node (the past) resides in the ninth house, in the sign of Pisces (the dreamer) that might need to discern between two options. The two options represent repeating the past instead of moving into the future. James Bond might fall for a sob story and be taken advantage of by the con artist, or he might con himself to believe he is making the best choice to help someone and repeat a past pattern. Either way, he might get conned!
The South Node represents the “Dragon’s Tail” and makes James Bond dissolve a relationship and shed the Dragon’s Tail to release what is not working. The South Node represents the decision he needs to make to let something fall away from him, so he can grow and not stay stuck in a rut.
North Node Sesquisquare Sun
This Aspect creates frustration: North Node (the future) Sesquisquare Sun (what he wants).
Overwhelmed
The sesquisquare represents frustration, or the time when James Bond will blow something out of proportion and make a mountain out of a molehill. James Bond might feel overwhelmed because the Nodes are always in opposition with each other that will make him feel overwhelmed with the situation.
The Sun (what he wants) is in the sign of Libra (the need to balance the contract between his head and the heart). Libra resides in the fourth house of home: roots, past life, family, home, father, or a father figure.
The Sun sesquisquare North Node (the future), in sign of Virgo (the zodiac sign that needs to analyze a situation until perfection is found). Virgo is the sub-ruler of the 3rd house: communication, writing, teaching, short travel, siblings, neighbors, cousins, his close environment that is related to the people he hangs out with, or the people that he is associated with professionally that he communicates with, or the people that just show up in his life.
The North Node is associated with the future, the new experiences in his lifetime, or the new experiences that he will want to live in the future. With the Sun (what he wants related to his home), at odds with his North Node (the future), he will have a hard time making the adjustments in this area of his life because it will feel disturbing.
Remember that Leo rules the 3rd house, the leader that inspires others, but with Virgo as the sub-ruler, he will also analyze his situation with why the future (siblings, cousins, his close environment that is related to the people he hangs out with, or the people that he is associated with professionally that he communicates with, or the people that just show up in his life) feels disturbing.
This link of people are at odds with the home he would live in. The Nodes are karmic and bring lessons to learn, and there might be a link to a karmic-carry over that he will need to deal with.
North Node Square Uranus Rx
Aspect: North Node (the future) Square Uranus Rx (the hidden vault related to the secrets he keeps, or the things that arise that he does not know about).
The Unexpected Situation
The square places a nasty obstacle between James Bond and his path, or of a situation that is very difficult to overcome. He ends up going in the opposite direction of his path, or he cannot agree with something, or he is forced to leave the path.
The square teaches him heartfelt lessons, but also makes him a stronger person because it helps him develop inner strength through his struggles.
North Node (the future) resides in the zodiac sign of Virgo (the perfectionist). The North Node brings James Bond into the future with communication or travel that will be unexpected.
The North Node resides in the third house: siblings, cousins, his close environment that is related to the people he hangs out with, or the people that he is associated with professionally that he communicates with, or the people that just show up in his life).
Uranus Rx (the awakener brings unexpected changes — The Wild Card Planet). Uranus Rx makes James bond rebel, or he may not want to go with the flow because he might feel like the champion of equal rights.
Uranus Rx is in the sign of Gemini (the twins, each has a different personality and you never know which twin will show up). Uranus Rx resides in the twelfth house (the secret vault, the area that he stores hidden secrets, or the hidden things that arise that does not know about).
This aspect represents that something unexpected would happen related to siblings, cousins, neighbors, his close environment that is related to the people he hangs out with, or the people he is associated with professionally that he communicates with, or the people that just showed up in his life.
Uranus Rx also brings James bond into fear of change, or the fear that he needs to hide out because he is not ready to resolve something, or the time when his pent up energy is released, and he will burst out of hiding! Anything could happen…
