Perception
This week’s card is “Perception,” from the Chakra Wisdom Oracle deck by world renowned psychic, Tori Hartman.
A princess wanders into her untended garden and finds a beautiful and brilliant emerald stone. The stone speaks and tells the princess to open an old wooden door. She enters a dark corridor and the door slams shut.
Afraid, she moves forward until her hand falls upon another door. It opens to reveal the same garden she left behind; only now it is beautiful, filled with flowers, butterflies, and birds. It is magnificent and familiar.
This card is about transformation in the heart, a shift in perception, the unknown and a promise of a richer experience in life.
We can ask ourselves: What in my life needs tending?
The Emerald Stone represents our heart chakra, which resonates with the colour green and radiating bright green healing light. The butterflies speak of transformation, rebirth and possibility. The little birds represent viewing things from a higher perspective.
The princess is turning away from the darkness of the door and towards the light beautiful and abundant garden.
Her palm is open to receive. The purple dress represents intuition and the third eye chakra. The colour white represents the crown chakra and the gold is connected to the solar plexus.
This card is asking you to trust your heart and your intuition. To open to love is to reach to the deepest places and connect with our true essence, our spirit, and our soul.Your heart whispers the truth and has an intelligence of its own.
This card also speaks of taking flight and of trusting in your own strength and to have an objective perspective. It is telling you that your heart will guide you through the darkness and fear, into the light that awaits you.
This card asks you to trust your our path and strengthen your connection to the higher self. The future is future is bright. It is not a fearful place. Remain in a state of allowing at this time as you walk through that door, keeping your focus forward, knowing that you are taken care of. The Universe is supporting you.
Meditation for this card:
Begin to imagine the emerald Stone. When you see it, place it in your ‘untended garden’. Feel waves of Emerald light filling you with courage. The Emerald Stone may have some thoughts to help you. Listen carefully. When you are ready, see what has changed.
