Here is the Psychic Scoop Astrology Forecast for the week of Nov 8 – Nov 14, 2015:
Venus enters Libra on Sunday at 3:30pm UTC. Venus is at home in Libra, the sign it co-rules with Taurus. The Libra version is all about objectivity, tact, diplomacy and grace. It’s about striving for harmony in relationship and interacting socially with others rather than engaging in conflict.
It’s also about appearances: looking good and surrounding yourself with beauty. Playing nice — even if it means setting your own interests aside in order to accommodate others. It’s about partnership, cooperation and collaboration. This is an agreeable, conciliatory energy that you can use to your advantage as it brings people together whose main objective is to get along.
On Monday the Sun trines Chiron, which can have you looking out a little less for number one and thinking about what you can do for those who need some added support. You may be feeling particularly charitable. Whether you want to practice random acts of kindness, work on paying it forward, or just be there for a friend in need, you’ll find that rewards will far outweigh the inconveniences, so take some time to lend a helping hand. You’ll be glad you did.
Mercury sextile Pluto and Mars conjuncts the North Node on Tuesday. This combination is great for putting your head together with like-minded people have having some lively — albeit potentially heated — conversations. The Mercury / Pluto aspect is all about deep thoughts and penetrating insights. But you don’t want to keep these to yourself. The sextile speaks of joining hands with others, and sharing information that causes you to stop and think.
The Mars / North Node aspect is all about taking an active role in group discussions. Remember that there needs to be a good balance between give and take: don’t try to force your views on others, or you could wind up alienating them.
There’s also a Sun / Uranus inconjunct on Tuesday, which combined with these other two aspect can either liven things up or add a bit of tension. This aspect can bring out the kooks — the rebels and weirdos and idiosyncratics — which is not necessarily a bad thing. Just remember that egos are involved and that there’s bound to be some eccentric viewpoints and differences of opinion.
Wednesday is the New Moon at 19° Scorpio 00′. This is an incredibly powerful New Moon. Not only is it in Scorpio — the sign associated with depth, perception, mystery and esoterica — but it’s at 19°, known as the “accursed degree.” This New Moon is conjunct the fixed star Serpentis, which adds a strong Mars / Saturn emphasis.
The Sabian Symbol for this degree is “A Woman Drawing Two Dark Curtains Aside.” This speaks of peering into the unknown, gaining new insights, and unveiling that which has been hidden from view. It can also relate to clearing away confusion and uncertainty, as well as removing obstructions from your path.
As if all of the above isn’t already enough, the New Moon is also in sextile to Jupiter, the planet associated with higher consciousness and spiritual pursuits. In addition to everything else, this sextile speaks of broadening your mind and `changing your perceptions.
On Thursday Mars moves into Libra and and Mercury trines Chiron. Where Venus is happy in Libra, Mars is somewhat frustrated. It’s the sign of its detriment, meaning that it’s influence is weakened in this sign. There’s a potential for Mars in Libra to be indecisive, argumentative and passive aggressive. Since we’re all dealing with this energy you might as well make the most of it. Be on the lookout (over the next 6 weeks) for people to not always be on their best behavior. Forewarned is forearmed, so do what you can to not be a part of that problem.
The Mercury trine Chiron can help. At least for a few days. This transit allows you to put yourself in someone else’s shoes and really understand how they feel. It’s a sensitive and compassionate aspect that is able to tune into other people’s needs and also has healing properties.
Mercury sextiles Jupiter on Friday while Venus sextiles Saturn. These two sextiles are great for sitting down and having a heart to heart with a loved one. The Mercury / Jupiter aspect says you can keep things interesting without going too deep; while the Venus / Saturn sextile adds a bit of depth to the interchange without being too frivolous. In other words, they balance one another out.
The Jupiter / Mercury aspect is also said to be lucky (in case you’re superstitious and worried about Friday the 13th). But the Moon joins in and forms a t-square between Jupiter and Chiron early in the evening. So don’t haul off and take a trip to the racetrack. These transits are best used for one-on-one interactions and discussions that are neither too serious or too light.
